Welcome to Rejoice—the final phase of your Firm Foundation Training. This is your season to celebrate, reflect, and live out what God has been cultivating in you. The seeds you planted, the roots you grew, and the strength you built have brought you here—not just stronger, but more grounded in who you are in Christ.

This phase isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about moving with confidence, choosing freedom, and giving God the glory for how far you’ve come.

Week 9: Joy in the Journey

  • Devotional: Strength for Joyful Living

  • Scripture Focus: Nehemiah 8:10

  • Journal Prompt: Where have you found unexpected joy during this process?

  • Movement Focus:

    • Strength: Empowerment Circuit—choose your favorite moves

    • Cardio: Joy-based movement (dancing, hiking, walking with a friend)
