This next step helps you turn everything you’ve learned into lasting habits. In Cultivate, you’ll continue to build strength and walk in your purpose—without the intensity of the 12-week training.

What to expect:

* Monthly movement plans that include strength, cardio, and mobility

* Faith-based lifestyle challenges like Sabbath rest, meal planning, and service

* Access to a growing recipe library

* Ongoing encouragement and accountability within our community

2. Repeat with Intention

You can revisit the Firm Foundation Training with new eyes and a fresh heart. Whether your life circumstances have shifted or you want to dig deeper into a particular area, repeating the program can bring renewed clarity.
