This is a place where women learn to understand their bodies again, or for the first time.

Core Focus Fit was created to help women reconnect with their bodies, understand their pelvic health, and build strength in a way that feels supportive—not overwhelming.

For many women, pelvic floor issues, core weakness, or unexplained symptoms can feel confusing and isolating. Information online is often incomplete, overly clinical, or focused only on quick fixes. Core Focus Fit was created to help women better understand their bodies, reconnect with their core and pelvic health, and build strength in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

Core Focus Fit exists to change that. This space is dedicated to education, encouragement, and practical tools that help women care for their bodies with wisdom and confidence. Through articles, guides, and trusted resources, I share what I’ve learned from years of working with women who want to move well, live actively, and care for their health sustainably.

My goal is simple:

To help women understand their bodies so they can move through life with strength, confidence, and peace.

Over the years, I repeatedly met women who did not know their pelvic anatomy, struggled to explain the symptoms they were experiencing, or had never been taught how the pelvic floor, breathing, and core truly work together. Many had questions about leaking, pain, pressure, or returning to exercise, but no one had ever clearly explained what was happening in their bodies. My vision for this space is to provide trustworthy, easy-to-understand education so women can feel informed, confident, and supported in their health journey. And share what they've learned with other women.

I’m Dr. Charlotte Singletary, a physical therapist with specialized experience in core and pelvic health. Throughout my work, I’ve helped women navigate postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, leaking during exercise, core weakness, and returning to movement after injury. What became clear to me is that women are often left trying to piece together information on their own. Core Focus Fit was created to bridge that gap by sharing practical knowledge about how breathing, posture, pressure, and movement influence the pelvic floor and core.

Through educational articles, practical tools, and trusted resources, Core Focus Fit serves as a place where women can learn about their bodies and explore supportive programs such as Every Mother, Tune Up Fitness, PeriFit, and Intimate Rose.

My mission is to make pelvic and core health education accessible so women can better understand their symptoms, build strength gradually, and move through life with greater confidence. While this space welcomes women from all backgrounds, its heart is rooted in the belief that caring for our bodies is an important part of living well and of stewarding the life we’ve been given.
