BETTER TOGETHER

Hi, I’m Dr. Charlotte Singletary!

Physical Therapist, Fitness Coach & Faith-Rooted Encourager

Founder of Core Focus Physio & Wellness & Creator of Firm Foundation Training

I help active women rebuild strength, restore confidence, and return to the activities they love — running, lifting, living — all without fear, pain, or leaks.

My dream is that the women I serve will pass down what they’ve learned to their daughters. That together, they’ll break cycles of shame, silence, or struggle around their bodies, and instead celebrate strength, healing, and wholeness.

I believe movement is worship, strength is a gift, and your healing journey deserves space for both grace and grit.

Why I Do This Work

As a physical therapist and movement specialist, I’ve spent over twenty years helping women navigate injuries, pelvic floor dysfunction, and the often-overlooked season of transition between rehab and performance.

Too often, I saw women discharged from PT without the tools they needed to fully return to their lives and passions. That gap? That’s where I step in.

Through my practice, Core Focus Physio & Wellness, I’ve created a space where women feel seen, heard, and supported — with personalized care that goes beyond insurance checklists and into real-life transformation.

MY VALUES

Healthy Eating

I believe food is fuel and a form of self-respect, and that nourishing our bodies with whole, vibrant foods empowers us to live fully and feel our best.

Community

I value intentional living and believe we thrive best in community—where accountability, encouragement, and shared growth make the journey more meaningful.

Exercise

Movement is more than exercise—it’s a celebration of what our bodies can do, and a powerful way to build strength, confidence, and resilience from the inside out.

Faith-filled Life

My faith is the foundation of everything I do; I believe that caring for our bodies is a way to honor God, and that as we heal physically, we often uncover deeper spiritual strength and clarity—because true transformation starts from the inside out.

Charlotte Singletary

FOUNDER

I’m a woman just like you — navigating life, motherhood, movement, and faith with grace (and sometimes grit). I created this space because I know what it feels like to want to be strong again, to feel like yourself again, and to wonder if it’s even possible when your body feels like it’s fighting you. If that’s where you are, I want you to know: you’re not alone.

I believe that caring for our bodies is a form of worship — an act of gratitude and stewardship for the incredible gift God has given us. As we heal physically, I’ve seen how God often brings emotional and spiritual healing too. A strong, healthy body doesn’t just support our daily life — it helps us show up more fully in worship, in discipling others, and in living out our purpose.

Whether it’s strength training, walking, or learning to breathe deeply again, it’s all part of honoring God and creating space for His work in us. That’s why my approach blends clinical care, practical coaching, and biblical encouragement — because true transformation starts from the inside out.

Movement, breath, and strength training can open doors to deeper confidence, peace, and purpose. That’s what I want for you. My goal isn’t just to help you get out of pain or stop leaking — it’s to help you rebuild trust in your body, reconnect with your strength, and move forward fully equipped.

Outside the clinic, I’m a homeschooling mom of three, a runner when the weather’s right, a huge fan of joining fitness programs, and the kind of person who always has a book half-read and an ever growing to-do list. I love strong coffee, yummy recipes, meaningful conversations, and quiet mornings (even though they’re rare around here).

I don’t love diets, toxic hustle culture, or anything that makes women feel like they’re not enough. I’m all about sustainability, real-life solutions, and building strength that supports your lifestyle — whether that’s running a race, lifting weights, chasing kids, or simply getting through the day without pain.

If you’re looking for support that blends science, faith, and real-life encouragement — I’m your girl.
