This is a place where women learn to understand their bodies again, or for the first time.

Core Focus Fit was created to help women reconnect with their bodies, understand their pelvic floor and core, and build strength in a way that feels supportive—not overwhelming.

For many women, pelvic floor symptoms, core weakness, or unexplained discomfort can feel confusing and isolating. You may notice leaking with exercise, pressure, pain, or difficulty engaging your core—and not fully understand why.

And when you go looking for answers, the information is often incomplete, overly clinical, or focused on quick fixes instead of long-term support.

Core Focus Fit exists to change that.

A Place for Clarity, Not Confusion

This space is dedicated to simple, trustworthy education about pelvic health, core strength, and movement.

Here, you’ll find:

  • clear explanations of pelvic floor function

  • guidance on core coordination and pressure management

  • practical tools to support strength and movement

  • trusted resources and programs to help you take the next step

Everything is designed to help you better understand your body so you can move with confidence—not fear or frustration.

Why I Created This Space

Over the years, I’ve worked with many women who:

  • did not understand their pelvic anatomy

  • struggled to explain their symptoms

  • had never been taught how breathing, the core, and pelvic floor work together

Many were navigating leaking, pain, pressure, or returning to exercise without clear guidance.

Again and again, I saw the same gap:

Women were trying to piece together their health on their own.

Core Focus Fit was created to bridge that gap through education that is both practical and easy to understand.

Meet Dr. Charlotte

I’m Dr. Charlotte Singletary, a physical therapist with specialized experience in core and pelvic health.

I’ve helped women navigate:

  • postpartum recovery

  • pelvic pain and pressure

  • leaking during exercise

  • core weakness

  • returning to running, lifting, and daily movement

Through this work, I’ve seen how powerful it is when a woman finally understands what’s happening in her body.

Because when you understand your body, everything changes.

How This Helps You

Core Focus Fit is here to help you:

  • understand your symptoms without fear

  • improve coordination between your breath, core, and pelvic floor

  • build strength gradually and sustainably

  • return to movement with confidence

This is not about pushing harder.

It’s about learning how to support your body the right way.

Along with education, I share trusted tools and programs that support pelvic and core health, including:

A Note on Stewardship

At its core, this space is about more than just exercise.

It’s about caring for your body with intention.

While Core Focus Fit welcomes women from all backgrounds, it is rooted in the belief that caring for your body is part of living well—and stewarding the life you’ve been given.

My Mission

My goal is simple:

To help women understand their bodies so they can move through life with strength, confidence, and peace.
