Firm Foundation Training was born from that very space: the desire to pursue physical, emotional, and spiritual strength together.

As a physical therapist, fitness coach, and believer, I’ve seen firsthand how our bodies reflect what’s going on in our hearts and minds.

That’s why this program is about more than sets and reps. It’s about rooting yourself in truth, rising in strength, and rejoicing in your God-given purpose.

Firm Foundation Training is a 12-week journey divided into three phases:

  • Root: Build spiritual and physical stability through simple habits and biblical reflection.

  • Rise: Strengthen your body and mindset through training and consistent routines.

  • Rejoice: Celebrate transformation and share your light with others.

Each week includes movement plans, recipe ideas, and faith-based reflection. Whether you’re coming back from injury, starting a new season of life, or looking for a deeper connection with your health, this is for you.

Here are three tips to get started on your Firm Foundation:

  • Start with Scripture – Choose one verse each week that reminds you of God’s strength. Meditate on it during your workouts or walks.

  • Move Daily with Intention – You don’t need a gym. Begin with walks, stretching, or light strength work. The goal is consistency, not perfection.

  • Listen to Your Body and Spirit – Tune in to how you feel after you move, rest, or pray. God often speaks through what we feel and sense when we pause long enough to notice.
