Root – Give Grace & Save Space

Dig Deep. Build a Strong Foundation.

You are not planting now. You are rooting.

This phase is all about building strength from the inside out — not through striving, but through surrender.

Just as a tree’s roots grow in unseen places, your spiritual, mental, and physical growth will often happen beneath the surface. But trust this: God is at work.

Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.

-Isaiah 40:31

Key Focus Areas:

→ Release the rush — Progress takes time.

→ Trust the process — Even if you can’t see it, God is moving.

→ Build your foundation — Establish habits of faith, movement, and grace.

Firm Foundation Training:

ROOT (Weeks 1-4)

Establishing Your Foundation in Strength, Faith, and Discipline

Rooted to Rise

This is where the work begins—and where transformation starts to take root. The Root Phase is designed to help you build consistency in three areas: faith, movement, and mindset. You’re not here to chase perfection. You’re here to grow—slowly, steadily, and with purpose.

Let go of the pressure to perform. Embrace daily progress over instant results. This is your season to stabilize, to get honest about your starting point, and to plant yourself deeper in truth.

You’ve built your foundation—now it’s time to grow stronger, inside and out. Rise is the next phase of your journey, where you’ll begin to challenge yourself more in strength, endurance, and spiritual courage.

Don’t worry about being “ready.” If your roots are set in truth and you’re showing up with a willing heart, you’re prepared to rise. We’ll build on everything you’ve planted—together.
